I was really surprised at the price point for this house. I know that Augusta is a pretty cheap market but it still surprised me. This is a gorgeous home. The foyer feels grand and the blue carpet runner on the stairs makes it feel even more so. It’s very open with the dining room off to the left and the sitting room over to the right. I love the flow of it. It’s hard to see them but they have pocket doors into the dining area. The hardwoods look like they’re in fantastic shape. All in this house is so great.

Great flowing floor plan with tons of charm. As gorgeous as this home is, it is practical and very livable. Great view of the extensive yard from the screened porch offers a perfect spot for Southern Style entertaining. Small back porch is just asking one to sit a bit and enjoy morning coffee. Generous sized bedrooms with classic mantels and fireplaces. The fourth bedroom has lovely windows on two walls.
