America needs more homes like this. It’s a beautiful, modest home that isn’t overly expensive. It’s on the high side for the region but not crazy. It’s well-built and a lot of the lower cost homes built these days are poorly crafted. It has great windows in that living room. It’s a quaint home but big enough for a small family. This is the type of house that I know was well-loved by generations of owners. I can feel that energy through the photos. No idea how, but I know it’s there.
