The fireplaces in this house are gorgeous! Not a huge necessity in hot and humid, Savannah, GA, but still beautiful! Also, what is that room off the kitchen you think? I really like the green wood paneling in it and would love to see it restored. It looks like it was probably a mud room or maybe potentially a little breakfast nook area. I think a mud room is more likely. The red master suite upstairs would be a great sanctuary. A ton of space, gorgeous fireplace, little sitting area, and lots of natural light.
