I’m in awe of this house and property. The pictures being taken in the fall make me fall for it even more. I’m a sucker for fall foliage! In fact, I’m burning a fall candle right now because it snowed today (it’s April). The best room, in my opinion, is that sunroom. It has the cool bar/sink and tons of windows. It feels like a mix between a sunroom, a parlor, and a bar. Maybe it’s a cigar room? Upstairs, the master is one heck of a bedroom. A beautiful tub in that master bath. Then the balcony off the master is the icing on the cake. This house doesn’t necessarily have a ton of “historic features” but you definitely see things, like that sunroom, that you can’t find in houses today.
