A good front porch is hard to pass by. Especially because they’re becoming harder and harder to find. You just don’t see front porches on newer houses and certainly not on new builds in most parts of the country. Call me “old fashioned” but I don’t think there’s a better way to start building community than a street full of people on their front porches in the evening. Okay, rant over, now to the house – she’s a beauty! From the first pictures you can see how open it is. It wouldn’t be a southern home without massive windows for good airflow. You can also see how much character those old wood floors have. I love this house!
