Fixer Upper! Historic David A. Barnes Home in NC. $559,000

The David A. Barnes home in NC just oozes historical charm. Circa 1875!! The hardwood floors are in fantastic shape and are a great base for the restoration of this property. It’s a significant property as well sitting at just over 8 acres. Personally, this screams Bed and Breakfast to me. I wish it could be me but someone needs to save this home!
