I didn’t know what to expect from this house but I was pleasantly surprised. They’ve done a good job blending modern style with historic features. Everything flows relatively well. The pressed tin ceilings with the exposed beams are my favorite feature of this house. I can’t think of another house where I’ve seen those two features mixed together. Usually it’s just one or the other. I would call dibs on that upstairs bedroom and bathroom. For a teenager, that would be a great space. As an adult, it would be a quiet sanctuary (unless you keep the drumset).
