I love the floor patterns in this house so much! Your really don’t see that very often, especially the herringbone pattern. The original builders took it a step further and used different patterns in different rooms. It’s a testament to a time where craftsmanship was everything. It wasn’t functionality, homes were art. Speaking of art, look at the millwork on the staircase bannister! I wish someone would remove the white paint so you can see it for what it really is. Such great woodwork in this house!
