The floors are so beautifully polished – it would be like walking on a mirror! Such a warm, dark color. To me, there are no better floors than a nice hardwood. You just can’t beat the color. In the kitchen, they have steel cabinets. These are such a rare find and last FOREVER! We have them in our circa 1920 house we bought and LOVE them. They’re very sturdy and hold up to the test of time better than anything else I’ve ever seen. It’s a peek into a different time!
